The Division for Diversity and Inclusion at Missouri State University strives to enhance the diversity of our campus and to build an inclusive community in greater Springfield in accordance with overarching and enduring commitments outlined in the Long-Range Plan.

Modeling inclusive excellence, our initiatives and services intentionally engage the rich diversity of faculty, staff, students and the community. Our goal is to educate 21st century students for success in our global workplace.
